Actually that whole pictorial was shot on an iPhone. The crew was instructed to show up at the beach at a certain time, and Hendricks just glided up out of the waves as you see her. Occasionally, a shroud of glittering mists would engulf her form; in moments, the mists would retreat, revealing Hendricks’ enigmatic smile and a new outfit ready for the next shot. After the final setup, the crew all succumbed to a gentle but irresistible slumber; when they awoke, dawn was breaking on the next day, and the photos from the shoot had already been uploaded to our servers and cropped to print spec. No one who was there will ever be the same.
